This past month, the Green Group operations team visited one of our multisite customers, a well-known European brand. We’d like to extend a big thank you to Louise Black, Stuart Simpson, and the team for having us in for a wonderful visit! It was great to see everyone on the housekeeping team. We’re thankful for the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the daily operations of our customers and to learn more about the challenges they face.

 

Housekeeping is the backbone of a hotel; without clean linens, there would be no rooms to sell. Despite their vital role, much of what they contribute is often overlooked. By immersing ourselves in their day-to-day, our operations team saw firsthand just how much the housekeeping team does to keep proper operations of a hotel. This appreciation not only informs us on how we can best support our customers, but also builds a deeper understanding.

 

In providing them with fresh, high-quality linen, we support the housekeeping team to keep things running smoothly. 

 

Visits of this kind are a great way to connect with our customers face to face, and we look forward to more in the future!
